Responsible for the national teacher development program in Flexible Learning for the non-formal Adult Education sector in Sweden. In close collaboration with the target group, responsible for developing and administering the full program as well as separate courses within the program. Responsible for running and administering basic training courses as well as continuous development of teacher trainers, responsible for evaluation of and further development of programs and courses. Responsible for developing and administering “Flexible Learning Plaza”, a net-based Community of Practice for  continuous informal teacher development.
Responsible for the agencies Knowledge Building Program in Flexible Learning for the non-formal Adult Education sector in Sweden. Responsible for recruiting members for- and leading the steering group for the Knowledge Building Program “CFL Expert Council”. Responsible for planning, leading and evaluating national seminars and conferences in the area of knowledge development.  Actively participated in national as well as international e-learning conferences in Norway Denmark, Finland, Poland, France, Portugal, Austria. Produced and presented papers for international e-learning conferences in Lithuania, UK, Spain, Czech republic, Italy (EDEN-2007 in Naples), Germany (Online-Educa Berlin 2007) and Poland (EDEN-2009 in Gdansk).  Participated with papers on flexible learning in several anthologies and journals in Sweden, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Austria, Finland, UK.
Edited the agencies net journal “Nät och bildning”. Initiated and administered project programs in the field of knowledge development. Initiated and administered the production of all together 10 handbooks on flexible learning. Edited three revised editions (in Swedish and English) of the anthology ”Folkbildning.net – an anthology about Folkbildning and Flexible Learning”.
As an invited expert, participated in developing work with the OECD/CERI for the project ”Emerging models for Learning”.
